All existing global attributes are listed in the attribute list page section. After installing <strong>WooCommerce Variation Swatches plugin<\/strong>, it adds <strong>Type<\/strong> field. You can set any of attribute type for your desired attribute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For demonstration purpose, <strong>Size<\/strong> attribute has been created. To create label attribute globally, navigate to <strong>Products &gt;&gt; Attributes<\/strong>. As we\u2019ll create label attribute for our product. Fill the name field with your desired attribute name. In this tutorial, I\u2019ve termed attribute name: <strong>Size<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can leave Slug field empty. It automatically generates the slug for the attribute. From the <strong>Type<\/strong> dropdown select <strong>button<\/strong> attribute type. When the mandatory fields are filled, select <strong>Add Attribute<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/getwooplugins.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/size-label.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/getwooplugins.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/size-label-1024x964.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-593\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>After creating attribute, you will notice a list is created in the right side. When an attribute is created, we need to create attribute variations. We\u2019ll add label title as variations inside the <strong>button<\/strong> attribute. In this tutorial, we\u2019ll add <strong>Small<\/strong>, <strong>Medium<\/strong>, and <strong>Large<\/strong> Variations. To create variations inside label attribute. To enable label swatches in your desired product. Get into your desired product edit mode. Make sure you have <strong>variable product<\/strong> selected from <strong>Product Data<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/getwooplugins.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/product-data.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/getwooplugins.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/product-data-1024x384.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-598\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>After selecting the <strong>Variable product<\/strong> from <strong>Product data<\/strong> dropdown, head to the <strong>Attributes<\/strong> Tab. Click on <strong>Custom product attribute<\/strong> dropdown. In this dropdown, you can see all your globally created attributes. As we\u2019ve only created a <strong>Size<\/strong> attribute, it\u2019s now showing <strong>Size<\/strong> attribute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/getwooplugins.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/size.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/getwooplugins.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/size-1024x462.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-600\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Now select the <strong>Size<\/strong> attribute and click on <strong>Add<\/strong>. If you want to deselect all selected variations at once. Click on <strong>Select none<\/strong> button. Add all variations selecting <strong>Select All<\/strong> button, checked <strong>Used for variations<\/strong> settings and click on <strong>Save Attributes<\/strong> button.
